The building permit for the redevelopment of the former LTS on Randweg in Meppel has been granted, bringing the project into its final implementation phase.
Starting in mid-2026, a total of 60 high-quality apartments with living spaces ranging from 61 to 98 m² will be developed within the protected historic building.
The project is an excellent example of how sustainable redevelopment, architectural quality, and modern living can be successfully combined.
A big thank you to everyone involved for the constructive and dedicated collaboration — especially to Buro De Haan, Evertsen Bouw & Ontwikkeling Zwolle, the Gemeente Meppel, as well as Vincent Bothof and Edwin Troost for their professional support throughout the project.
