The containers are in place, the machinery has been delivered, and after many years of planning, preparation, and development, the time has finally come: the transformation of the former LTS building at Randweg 1 in Meppel has officially begun.
While the neighboring newly built apartments have already been successfully occupied, the next phase of the site's redevelopment is now underway. More than 60 modern apartments will be created within the former school building, providing additional housing for the city of Meppel.
The project combines the preservation of existing structures with a future-oriented use and serves as a strong example of the sustainable transformation of historic buildings.
