Summer Party 2025 – International, Heartfelt and Unforgettable!

At RdB Group, respect and community are at the heart of everything we do – which is exactly why we chose to celebrate this year’s summer party in beautiful Poland, home to many of our long-standing team members.

After spending the night together in Berlin, we set off Saturday morning toward Rezydencja Smolarnia – surrounded by nature and far from everyday life.

The welcome? Warm.

The atmosphere? Joyful and full of connection.

The food & conversations? An absolute highlight!

A big thank-you goes out to our Polish colleagues – especially Adam Kubisiak – to the fantastic hotel team, and of course to everyone who made this day so special.
