Construction Progress in Braunschweig City Center

Following the insolvency of the restaurant chain Sausalitos, the approximately 600 m² property was successfully re-let at short notice.

In the coming months, Cheers Company will launch a new gastronomy concept at this prime inner-city location and bring new life to the site.

Extensive renovation works are currently underway — ranging from complete structural demolition to the turnkey completion of the premises.
