As of January 2, 2026, RdB Group has acquired an office and warehouse complex directly next to the container terminal in the Oeverlanden industrial area in Meppel (NL).
The acquisition was made for strategic reasons, as RdB Group will realize several renovation and transformation projects in Meppel and the surrounding region over the coming years.
Over the next two years, the spacious site will be used as a material storage facility and as a production location for prefab bathrooms. Following this phase, a comprehensive redevelopment and modernization of the office, residential, and warehouse areas is planned.
The current short-term focus is on the successful launch and execution of projects already underway in the region.
