Demolition work started in Meppel

Demolition work has recently started on the former technical school in Meppel in the Netherlands. The former classrooms of the Department of Civil and Automotive Engineering will be completely demolished. Single-family and multi-family houses will be built in their place.

The listed high-rise building, the former premises for theory classes, is being converted. 56 flats will be created here, realised for rental, as well as several flex offices. Construction work is expected to start at the end of 2022 - beginning of 2023.
