The next step is the approval for the move-in of Multicycle. We are eagerly awaiting the building permit and look forward to the project's imminent completion.

- Comprehensive renovations: The facade, roof, and heating system have been fully insulated and modernized, with a switch to environmentally friendly district heating;
- Redesign of premises: The conversion of the former restaurant into modern, attractive apartments has been successfully completed.
