Our Development Team
The development or revitalisation of a property is a long-term process. We have several development projects underway within the RdB Group in Germany and the Netherlands.
It is always important that we can deliver a residential product which is and remains affordable, and preferably CO2 neutral. For this, the RdB Development makes use of all possible new and modern technologies in cooperation with our architects and advisers.
We are currently concentrating on inner-city developments, known as densification, and the development of Gewerbcity, Gewerbe Höfe for start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises.
