The RdB Real Estate Germany head office is located at Tenderweg 2 in Essen
The RdB Group is an investment company that was established in the mid-1980s. The founder, Rolf de Boer, is still the chief executive and sole shareholder.
In line with the developments in the real estate sector at that time, in the early years only new buildings were built, mainly company buildings to let. With the fall of the wall between East and West Germany, most activities were transferred to Germany. During the 90s in particular, heavy investments were made in Berlin - a still growing and very interesting capital city.
Our head office is located in Essen (Germany) with additional offices in Meppel (Netherlands) and Pozen (Poland). Employees at three locations are available to answer all your questions and concerns.

Milestones in the history of the RdB Group
1989
Rolf de Boer founds a retail company in the Netherlands.
1990-1991
First business activities and investments in Germany.
1992-1999
Further expansion, investments in Berlin and other federal states.
2000
Founded our own property management company and a construction and renovation company in Germany.
2006
Office opened at Potsdamerplatz 8 in Berlin in cooperation with Verimag GmbH.
2010
Acquisition of several real estate properties in the Netherlands.
2011
Office opened in Essen with a focus on the real estate market in North-Rhine Westphalia.
2013
Disposal of the majority of the properties in the Berlin portfolio.
2013
Further expansion in North-Rhine Westphalia as well as in Magdeburg, Braunschwieg, Chemnitz and Bautzen.
2016
Office in the Netherlands moves to Zuideinde 66, Meppel.
2017
Expansion of the project development department for Germany and the Netherlands.
2017
RdB Service Team founded.
2020
Roadmap for further expansion in Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and Ukraine.
2020
RdB Healthcare founded.
2021
Office opens in Poznan (Poland)
2021
Office building at Tenderweg 2 in Essen purchased for the new company headquarters.
2022
Move to the new office building.
2022
Digital infrastructure expanded and new marketing strategy introduced (logo, website, social media).
