In 2017, the RdB Group set up a service department and the corresponding teams.
The aim was and is to improve the comfort of all tenants, even if something breaks down.
Our service staff visit all properties weekly or even several times a week, so, repairs can be carried out quickly and simply. The service teams have a fully equipped vehicle with all possible spare parts from taps to door handles.
The prerequisite for this service is that we work with certain standards, which pays off for everyone involved in the end.
In addition, it is important to prevent repairs. What is known as maintenance control is important to guarantee the use of the property both in the short and long term, so we have to consider regular roof inspections, heating checks, drains, etc.
